REAL BRIDE : Destination wedding - Helicopters, Snow capped mountains, Lakeside vows

We could never have dreamed of such an incredible location for a wedding when we first meet our bride Zoe. As we worked with her to create her dream gown we learnt more about her plans for her special day. From the details of the ceremony by the lake to her intention of taking a helicopter up to the mountains.

When we received her wedding photos they absolutely took our breath away!

The Marley Couture beaded gown

Zoe and Martin where married September 2019 at the dream destination The Remarkables, Queenstown New Zealand.

The ceremony

The ceremony took place in the picturesque lakeside spot in Queenstown New Zealand, with the snow caped mountains in the distance.

The small gathering took their seats on the lakes edge as the sun shone brightly on the couple. As the celebrant Philippa Thomas presided.

Zoe chose stunning bridesmaids dresses in a soft sage green silk with long sleeves. The perfect colour for the natural setting.

Zoe chose our blush tulle veil to match her gown.

Ready for take off

After the ceremony Zoe & Martin step aboard the helicopter that will take them up to the snow capped mountains of The Remarkables.

Zoe bouquet was the perfect accompaniment to her Marley gown

The flowers and styling were so beautifully created by One Fine Day. We love the colours selected for a unique combination with the blush tones in The Marley dress and veil.

The Marley gown features a nude lined bodice with a softy draped crossover front. The long sleeves are sheer & delicate.

Overwhelmed by the love ,Martin sheds a tear at the speeches

The couples first dance was to Hold My Girl by George Ezra.
